We give refund in some case if is necessary , if i can’t finish the work that we deal before you ordered. So to be very clear before you buy something first buy a consulting package where we will discuss everything . And i assure you i will try my best to respect all requirements that we deal , all your requirements will be exposed in the ordering process after the settlement has been established . After that if i can’t finish my work for what we deal you’re able to get refund , you’re in a safe place . To request a refund send me email include your order id and details for why you’re asking for refund and maybe if is possible i will fix your issue . You will not be able to get refunt in case the problem is not our my side .
